BEM Medical Emergencies adopts BRISA’s Automatized Calls System System is used to disseminate the group’s services to customers and business associates. BEM Medical Emergencies, provider of pre-hospital services, has been making use of BRISA’s Automatized Calls System to disseminate, through voice messages, BEM Group’s services to business associates, customers and collaborators. Such service is provided at BRISA, which receives BEM Group’s marketing advertisements as well as the mailing list to which such service is going to be provided.. The advertisements are developed according to the product and suit the customer’s profile, such as hospitals, health insurance companies or specific fields’ companies, such as services users or collaborators, etc. The operation allows us to develop scripts with personalized data, such as the company’s name, responsible area, prices, or directed advertisements. BRISA’s platform is able to manage multiple advertisements simultaneously. The reports, which are provided by the system and available via web interface, allow us to perform real time monitoring, as well as offer the settings in different levels of detailing, including graphical presentations. Such reports allow BEM’s responsible area to identify the best relationship strategy to be used with its customers due to the analysis performed on the data provided by the automatized calls system. The solution’s flexibility allows us to follow (besides many other functions) the return of each of BEM’s services or products’ relationship advertisements which are provided to its customers and, in case it does not bring the expected return, a script restructuring and immediate change on the advertisement’s focus. BRISA’s Automatized Calls Platform BRISA’s Automatized Calls Platform was developed to support the Call Center. It automatically identifies busy line’s signals, not available lines, fax machines and answering machines/voice mails and can have new functionalities implemented according to the customers’ needs. The contact can be made via voice calls or SMS (short message) and alows a combination of the automatic service and call transfer to a human operator. On what concerns the unfinished contacts, the system itself automatically re-schedule the calls. Managemental, detailed and statistical reports are provided via web interface. Such solution is also ready to be used with VoIP networks (Voice over Internet Protocol). The tool allows the perfomance of many different kinds of advertisements, such as: charging papers, notification of discontinuance and inclusion in defaulters list, offering of automatic debit in current account, re-registration, receiving of a second counterpart, research on the satisfaction and quality of the provided services, important notices to clients, institutional messages, direct sales, among others. From the platform, BRISA’s analyst or customer sets the software to establish contacts and transmit recorded messages, as well as interact with the customer. The data is captured based on a pre-established decision tree, with the points where the data must be analyzed, according to the target public’s behavior. The reports are generated real time, to online monitoring and analysis (24x7). BRISA, besides offering specialized software, also offers the system’s infrastructure, which includes the server, operational system and databases solution. BRISA’s Automatized Calls platform service charging is performed by the amount of BRISA’s performed calls, according to the mailing list provided by the customer periodically.
