Among the systems developed by BRISA, we can mention: Price Control,  requirements follow-up, Logistic and Imports, management of channels, ‘Clube Diamante’ – Diamond Club (supplier’s relationship tool to its distributors) and ‘Sistema Planeta’ – Planet System  (process of gathering tonners and empty cartridges providing bonuses on the purchase of brand new products).

The Organization has already concluded the Comission Management System in the field of provisions to Lexmark’s sales team. The solution consists on the automatized calculus of points, gained on the product commercialization, to the management of the comission managers’ goals  related to the provision sales. Offering online access to the employees’ extracts of gained points possibilitates the control and contributes with incentives to the commercial area. Thus, the planning is benefited and the results can be seen in the end of each month.

The project’s goal is to gather the the sales amount and support the approach definition of the consumer’s market of printers based on the business results. With the approximate investment of R$100.000,00, the solution was implanted in four months and the results can already be seen by the broad sales extension in the national market.
