BRISA

BRISA Forums are suitable for the enlargement of the relationship between the IT executives of both public and private companies, public organizations and other organizations, experience interchange among them and the quest for the solution of a common problem. They were all created under the requirement of interested parts, focusing on BRISA’s idependent characteristic.

Nowadays, there is an active forum, suitable for Municipal IT executives. Others may well be created, according to the interests of companies and organizations related to BRISA.

Municipal IT Executives Forum

The Municipal IT Executives Forum was created in May and installed in 2005 October. It is not political and does not support any party, and such forum promotes debates about  issues related to the management of informatics in municipalities as well as technical and managemental questions according to the participants’ interests. The participation is open to anyone and free of charge. BRISA offers support and provides the place for the meetings and reception to be held. The coordination of the activities is performed in association with a municipal executive chosen among the participants and with BRISA’s Institutional Relations Director. The issues chosen for the meetings follow the interests of the executives who take part in the forum.

Over its three years of existence, the Municipal IT Executives Forum has turned out to be an important means of relationship and interaction among its members – municipal secretaries, presidents of IT public companies and people in charge of prefecture IT unities.

The Forum activities are not restricted to the meetings. It also has a discussion group and a message board. The whole content of its meetings and what is further exchanged among the participants are available on its own webpage, with restricted access.
